Competition Timeline is between April 11 to May 31, 2007. Participants must have an existing e-mail account in Sanriotown to join this competition. Each participant may submit more than one video entry: MUST have at least 10 slides, duration: 3 minutes (minimum) and 10 minutes (maximum), video does not have to be Hello Kitty-themed. Participants MUST use the TWINKLE screen effect effectively. Screen and slide transition effects, and background music should also be incorporated. Submitting a video must be done via DreamStudio on sanriotown.com and “dazzling moment” MUST be included in the tags of the video entry. Repeat votes/ratings for a particular video will only be counted once. Winners will be announced on Sanriotown.com on June 15, 2007. Winners will be notified by email and the prize sent via courier. Judges have the right to require contestant to submit original videos or pictures to verify their qualification. Video should be original and has not been published or entered in any other video contest. No offensive materials, violent and explicit/sexual content should be used. Sanriotown reserves any rights to use the videos, in whole or in part.
