1. 比賽於2008年5月1日開始，6月30日截止 2. 有關《Hello Kitty Online預告片創作大賽》的素材均只能用作非商業用途 3. 所有參賽作品必需正面宣傳Hello Kitty Online 4. 參賽者必須先登記成為SanrioTown會員，方可參賽 5. 所有參賽作品必須上載到SanrioTown夢幻工房 6. 勝出者將會由SanrioTown選出 7. 勝出者名單將於2008年7月18日在SanrioTown網頁公佈 8. 勝出者將於結果公佈3個工作天後收到電郵通知，海外參賽者的獎品將會經空郵寄出 9. 如勝出者為香港居民，於領取獎品時必須出示身份證明文件 10. 作品一經選出，SanrioTown對勝出名單不會再作任何更改 11.
