A: There is no charge to register a SanrioTown account and there are no subscription fees. You can enjoy the SanrioTown email service, blog, videos and mini games as a member for free.
Q: Can I change my username after registration?
A: Your SanrioTown username is permanent and cannot be changed. Please make sure you choose your username carefully during registration.
Q: How can I terminate my account?
If you wish to terminate your account, the easiest option is to discontinue using it. Your account will be deactivated automatically after being inactive for more than 30 days. If you wish to terminate your account immediately, please submit a request to Customer Support via http://www.sanriotown.com/main/contact.php

In the event that you have forgotten your password, you can click on "Forgot Password" to reset the password on www.sanriotown.com

A: New email accounts are not activated by default for newly registered SanrioTown members for security purposes. You need to activate your account the first time you login to SanrioTown by clicking the "Check Mail" button to confirm the account.
Q: I have not logged into my account for 30 days. I have now reactivated my email account. Why have my old emails disappeared?
A:If you have not logged into your account for at least 30 days, your email account will be deactivated. Once this happens, all of the messages and folders will be deleted. To keep your email account active, you must log in at least once every 30 days.
Q: Why don't I see any images in my emails?
A: You can change the options to display all images in your emails in the Preferences section located in your INBOX/Mail page.
Q: Can I check my emails using my mobile phone?
A: Yes, you can, if your mobile phone has a web browser and internet access. Use your phone's web browser to go to http://www.sanriotown.com and log into your account.
Q: Can I download my emails to an email client such as Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, etc?
A: Sorry, SanrioTown does not support POP3/SMTP service. You can only check email by using your web browser to access the website.
Q: Can I forward my emails to my other email account?
A: Sorry, SanrioTown does not support email forwarding.
Q: Why doesn't my new blog post appear in the Latest Blogs?
A: It takes 15-30 minutes before your blog entry appears in the Latest Blogs section.

SLP is Sanrio Loyalty Points. It is the currency you can spend in the Item Mall when you are playing HKO.

Q: How can I login to my Game Online Profile?
If you are playing HKO and have created a character, you can login to the Game Online Profile as follow:
1. Log in to your account at www.sanriotown.com
2. Click on the "Game Online Profile" link at the top your home page.
3. For security purposes, you will need to re-enter your Sanriotown email address and password.
4. Click on [Submit] button to continue
5. Select the HKO game server
6. Click on [Submit] to go into the Game Online Profile.
